Enter is the first release on new label Unschooled Records, a project run by electronic music lover Howard Hecht, who is dedicated to spreading the world about new artists.  There is definitely a lot of talent present here, and for a debut release on a new label there's plenty to get excited about.

As can be expected the focus here is on unknowns.  Doofgoblin's "Frzed" goes straight for the gusto with a slab of incredibly complex techno but is one-upped with the fuck-with-your-head crunchcore of Decomposure's "Matches."  Cloudscapes' "Goyle" is an industrial electronic track of powerful proportion.  Other highlights are Sonic Wallpaper's gliding "I Am Watching You," Powdermonkey's brooding "In From the Cold," and Turbogeek's wicked "Squiggle."  Naton Rozenburg's videogame-ish bit of pop, "Electronic Seal's Paradise," is also an excellent track.

Enter is an unexpected gem from a label that's just begun to get it's feet dirty on the scene.  If you enjoy independent electronic music, this comp might very well appeal to you.
